Huachiew Chalermprakiet University and Peking University announced the success of the recently concluded Thai-Chinese Leadership (TCL). The third batch leads to the creation of vanguard leaders composed of 111 graduates who already hold forefront roles in Thailand.
The triumph was due to the cooperation of the mentors from the two universities who were able to clearly identify the prominent features of the participants and shared a common goal in creating new generations of leaders to understand, reach and develop. The three terms refer to thorough understanding of Chinese matters, ability to reach the standards of China’s development potentials, and an opportunity to establish sustainable relationship between Thailand and China. Since its initial launching three years ago, the curriculum has attracted national leaders to join, which is a guarantee of the leadership capabilities in Chinese studies of the two institutions.
The commencement ceremony and the awarding of certificates of completion were presided by Privy Councilor Emeritus Professor Dr. Kasem Wattanachai on Tuesday, the 10th of November, 2020 at U Sathorn Hotel in Bangkok.
