1.    Huachiew Chalermprakiet University (HCU) as expanding the connection for an international collaboration by initiating an academic memorandum of understanding in cooperation with Shantou University (STU) in People’s Republic of China seeking opportunities for academic exchange program, Chinese language and cultural development collaboration, along with to create an opportunity for international academic studies and immersion experiences for students. The HCU delegation observed and visited Shantou University and Teochew Art and Culture Museum.

2.    Associate Prof. Dr.Uraipan Janvanichyanont – President of Huachiew Chalermprakiet University together with Professor Dr. Hao Zhifeng – President of Shantou University endorsed the Memorandum of Understanding. The aims inclusive of enhancing of encouraging the Thai - China student exchange program, promoting the studies of the languages and Chinese Teochew cultures, and the development of joint international collaboration and research capacity in the future. 

3.    In this regard, the Executive Committee and delegations from both institutions on behalf of witnesses consisted of:
