1. Strategic Vision & Global Positioning
      ●    Shape a forward-looking strategy that strengthens HCU’s reputation as a regional hub for preventive medicine, public health innovation, and socially driven education.
     ●    Represent the university globally, building partnerships across universities, research institutes, NGOs, health ministries, and international agencies.

2. Academic Leadership & Research Advancement
      ●    Elevate academic quality across health science disciplines through evidence-based curricula, clinical immersion, and interprofessional collaboration.
      ●    Advance research that generates affordable, scalable, and community-centered preventive healthcare solutions.
      ●    Strengthen translational research pipelines that improve real-world health outcomes.

3. Social Service & Community Health Impact
      ●    Lead major public health outreach programs including mobile clinics, rural screenings, early-detection campaigns, and underserved community initiatives.
