Huachiew Chalermprakiet University held the annual Songkran Festival tradition. This year, the University Cultural Center and Human Resources Division jointly organized the event on Thursday, 8th April 2021 along the stretch of Khao Tom Kui Road.

     The fair is simple, focusing on safety in accordance with the measures to prevent COVID-19. In this auspicious event, holy water was poured on Buddha images to pray for propitiousness. Likewise, demonstrations showing how to craft things were done at a separate booth. The highlight of the event that made everyone smile behind the mask was the search for Mr. Songkran, Miss Songkran, Miss Songkran Transgender, and the Thai Costume Contest. The winners of the competitions are summarized as follows.
